After 3 long months the goverment has grudgingly agreed to pay me my backpay for GI BILL. WOOT..new stick comin hehe. This freedom 2.4 is so worn out any hard turn will give me the hideous "dont move controls so rapidly" warning. Then i go level while getting blasted trying to align it. Any suggestions on new stick?

Yeppers, the X-45 is rock solid and smooth. Been using it three months now. The rotory knobs work great for the trim.

X-45 is good, the hat switches are crap and will wear out after ~4-6 months... so then you just buy the extended warranty and go to wherever you bought it and get a new one.  I usually go through 2 or 3 a year.

X-45.

I have had to use a borrowed Microsoft hoopty swist stick to try out AH2 as I dumped my X45 with a bad hat. It's nearly impossible to get immersed in AH with this pos.

I might have a good idea what works in AH, its been a bunch of years. CH Pro Pedals, and an X-45 is the way to go.

Map the trim off the throttle, lose the Green CT icon, use yer feet for YAW, be happy.
