I dont think its just me but i seem to get into the CT and have to deal with not being able to see our guys or enemys for that matter. All i see is dots!:mad: I was told it might be the new patch that had an effect on the CT making this happen, who knows. Yet is there any way of getting rid of this problem permannently? :confused:

I had the same problem on one flight.  In my case, not only could I see nothing but dots, but once I got close to them they disappeared.  Exiting the program and then booting it up again solved it for the rest of the evening, but it certainly was strange.

I have had this bug 3 times now and have noticed a couple of things.

What you see is the dot at long range  - but as soon as the plane would normally form , it goes invisible. You can't see friendlies either

Other arenas seem to be ok  - so it is specific to CT.

You can tell before you take off if you have the problem - check net status - the variance is a flat line at -1 .

The only way I have found to fix it , is to  reboot the computer.

Yeah, this has been happening on the FinRus for some reason. Restarting the game should bring back dots and icons.

There are a couple of issues with the non T&L patch that was put out the other day. This is one of them and another issue effects creating tables from what I can gather.

Hmm thats weird because I didn't get that happening till after I installed that patch. BUT now that I think about it I installed the patch and the new terrain on the same day.

Boy my life sure does get complicated with this simple game.

It appears to happen if you log into another Arena before you log in to the CT.


A stroke of genius coding from the CT only players perhaps   ;)

It's actually related to the patch Redd. HTC is working on released 2.01 quickly to remedy this issue. Hopefully we'll see something tomorrow! :)
