My point is: Liberals view that if they're rich, or famous, hand guns are fine. If you're not rich or famous, well then, peasant, you should not be trusted with them.

I have no idea. I don't know if he even has bodyguards. Just seemed like a viable non-lethal personal protection device.

He does, watched a older segment on the Daily show off his website, click the on the video link called "Moore money, Moore problems" here.  Notice the guy in the background during the Moore press conference behind the flag.

I have never seen an anti gun celebrity that was oppossed to haveing hevily armed bodyguards.

This fits in with their "everyone else is too stupid" and "we are the elite" thinking.

Actually that is lazs' point...and he has made the peasant crack over and over again.

But, the question you raise is a quite a good one, I have to admit.
