Get used to it.
Unfortuneatly GV's appear to be very much an afterthought on HTC's side of things.
The GV damage model is fugged, how else would you explain rounds BOUNCING off M3's at Seraphim - sounds good, don't believe it, see bouncy rounds above.

In fact if ANYONE can find a source from ANY tanker that describes rounds bouncing off M3s or M16s at
Think I'm safe :)

Karnak - I'd disagree, I think the AH2 GV model is way worse than the AH1 one. In fact I would go as far to say just about ANY shot from say
I still don't understand why multiple shots to same area aren't cumulative? Regenerative armor? Too difficult, can't be bothered to code? Some M16's in here would give an M1A2 a run for its money.

but to make smartazz sounding comments liek .."HTC Knows whats best"  does nothing positive

Sounds to me like that's how you preceived it.  Was not a "smart ***" remark, just stating the facts. HTC has stated they are aware of discrepencies in the veh dept and are working to make them better.
So I stated "they" {HTC} knows what's best for the game, seeing how they developed it.

I guess kev here also must have bumbed his head, he also states
many of the prob's with the "GV game", make sure you guys jump on him for posting NON-positve remarks.

An M3 is still vulnerable in specific places too.  I've had plenty of shots that hit it and penetrate, yet there was nothing behind it so the shot meant nothing.

(however, HE works best)

I mess around in gvs every once in awhile just to add some new element into my day to day AH "life".
Two questions...
1.) Do supplies effect how many hits a gv can take ? ie. A panzer takes 2 AP rounds no turret, engine, or track damage. A friendly drops supplies nearby. Would using one of the supplies enable the panzer to survive longer ?

2.) Is it possible for AP rounds to puncture  one side of a m3 and exit out the other, onlt damage being two large holes ?

yes. if there is nothing "critical" between two points the round just goes right through. HT described this in detail at the CON in the Q&A.
I don't know what to put here yet.

No, what it does is allow the tank to be repaired immediately and instantly after being hit.

In the case where I lost such a fight I was in an M8 and going up against an Ostwind.  I hit his turret from very short range five or six times.  There is no way that the armor on the Ostwind's turret can withstand 37mm AP hits from that range.  He then blew me away with his 37mm automatic cannon.  As it happens, he told me what he'd done after I claimed the fight was BS.  Every shot I hit him with had taken out his turret, and he'd simply use a GV supply to fix it and eventually he'd outpaced my RoF and was able to shoot back.
