I'm not aware of a router that allows the uplink to be USB. You can; however, share the internet connection through the computer that is attached to the DSL modem.

It would involve setting up Internet Connection Sharing and connecting the 2 computer via a switch, hub, or crossover cable.

Most dsl modems, even if they have a usb connect, also have a regular lan connect also..

However if they do have a LAN port quite often it only supports PPPoE, so if you buy a router to put behind it make sure it supports PPPoE.

Link the 2 computers with a crossover cable or into a hub, plug the DSL modem into one of the computers and use Internet Connection Sharing to share the DSL connection with the other.

If it has no standard network jack then request a non-USB modem from your DSL provider. I had to do that several years ago with SBC.

We've 2 pcs sharing a usb dsl modem. This pc has the usb modem and connects to the gf's one via a hub and onboard network cards. Bit of a pain in the arse to set up but I'm proof that anyone can do it.
