Anyone here that can help me create a simple frameset?

Im using Macromedia 2004 but i dont know how to add or merge frames from the default "Frameset examples" they have..

Frames are evil, do it some other way :D

I dont know how to do it in another way... i tryed with doing the page using a table... but that wont do it in the long run...

I have it made with tables now.. but as the "only view that updates" area grows with info it "explodes the table" and the whole site gets stretched out...

Thats why i want to do it in framesets... to get a scroll bar in the "only view that updates area"
