B24 Aouto takeoff/Autoclimb bug

The thing takes forever to stablize its constant climb.
It bobs up and down for a long time trying to find the proper aoa and to acheive proper climb angle/speed. The stall buzzer never stops it seems. Maybe auto climb speed too low by default?

much like the b26 for me also.

the way i get around this is to manualy set a climb with shift x thats good, then once its stabilized at a the climb speed (or close to it) i hit auto climb.

i also set high climb speed too, 160 seems to be good, until about 15k then i slowly have to set it lower and lower to gain alt.

OK further study. Take off sea level base...in Auto Climb....no problems. Hit Auto level....build speed to 200+ hit Auto Climb...and presto the never ending yoyo.
This problem hit the 262 in AH2 early stages. I think the symptoms are the same. Maybe the repair is too?

squady had it on 3/4 fuel but I was fine at the same time on 1/2 fuel. both with 12000 pounds of 2ks.

That effect is called porpoising (ya know, like Flipper?). I experienced the same thing. Try taking off fully loaded and see how bad it gets.

Have noticed that IF you take off in auto takeoff and let it automatically turn off everything is fine. But when you go level for a period then hit autoclimb the yoyo is back. All alts i have been at so far.

Just a lil anoying when trying to gun and thing keeps bobbing up and down.
