Almost as good as the guy beating on the PT Cruiser. :)

Of course... I wonder if they decided to rethink their contest after that fall... standing in a bucket four feet above the ground and stomping around is probably a bad plan.

"guy beating on the PT Cruiser"???  What movie is that?

Did this woman just become squeemish and freak out?  I am not sure if I totally understand what happened.

I think she was saying stop squishing the grapes, and then she just went to climb out and bit it. But as my old wrestling coach used to say whenever someone complained about breathing, "If you can talk you can breathe".

She was trying to be funny so she told the Grape expert to stop...then she stomped real fast as if she was winning the "race".  Then she for some reason tried to step out and took the plunge.

She sounded like a wounded seal...seemed to have the same dexterity as one on land, as well.

Any cameraman worth his salt would have filmed her on the ground...fire fire him. :lol

That one would've been funnier in a CCW state.

True, but lethal force probably isn't necessary to protect ones car. If it was a CCW and the woman did shoot him, she would be in for a long haul in the court (especially because it's on tape).

How does she know he's just assaulting her car?  Say someone is shooting at you while you're driving, do you wait until a bullet hits you before you defend yourself?  I think any court would look at the tape and agree that's it's logical to assume she is being assaulted.

Hmmm... maybe because he spent very little time on the windshield and driver's side window.

Though it was disturbing, it didn't appear that her life was threatened.

Maybe it was... but I think it would be far from cut and dried in a courtroom.

To extend that reasoning, you could argue that the US should not have declared war against Japan because, after all, Japan was just bombing ships in Pearl Harbor, not 'attacking the USA'.

Anyone does what he did, must be trying to kill me your Honor.

After he smashed 3 of my windows and started to swing at the window I was behind, having no exit and in complete fear of my life I put three holes in his head to stop him from killing me. I used my legal SIG 220 .45 ACP. I have a CCW, am a local businessman ex GI and don’t even have a traffic ticket on my record.

As evidence I submit several witnesses, my car and the deceased rap sheet and toxicology reports. (I may even get the tape)

No DA would touch it and I won’t miss (he will not be in the courtroom)
