How long will Kerry try the courts?
« on: November 03, 2004, 09:54:45 AM »
Just a few points to compare the last 2 elections.

How long do you think Kerry will try to win it in the courts (ala Gore) before realizing he lost the election?

Second issue here. Do you think he SHOULD try or should he accept the verdict of the ballot?

Last issue, Do you think that court challenges will be the norm in all close elections from 2000 on and why or should there be challenges?

Keep it civil PLEASE.

I think Kerry lacks the balls, the guts, the common sense, the decency, and the honesty to concede in a timely manner. I'm not sure how long he'll wait, and whether or not he'll actually make an effort in court I don't know, but I think he may.

I think Bush is showing that he is the better man by not claiming victory, and allowing Kerry every opportunity to do the right thing.

I just don't think Kerry will do the right thing. Whether he refuses to concede on his own, or at the wishes of the Democratic party, the decision reflects on him, and shows his true colors.
