Problems w/ RW

In trying to get Roger Wilco to work on my pc I come across a problem with the clarity of voice. It sounds all static and no resemblance of a voice.
I run Windows ME on a brand new Gateway(piece of BS comp).
Any one that can help I would appreciate it.

Nevermind all.

While investigating the components installed on my computer, I found that ME will support RW only if the proper sound card and related software is installed.

Thank you for your support, it will be repayed with 20 and 30 mm slugs in your fuselage.
