i fly without tracers. if i turn them on my gunnery sufers.

i cant think of a reason a player would jump to the gun position, they are all 0.3 or so, and the plane will fly straight.

beside i think a player can recognise if its geting shot by a gunner, even without tracers

I'd prefer to fight without tracers, too.  

BigMax, if you feel it would be hard to enforce the "fire-off-all-your-rear-ammo" rule, then I say just allow pilots to use their rear guns.  After all, in these planes they are pretty much pea-shooters.
