Yea, the diet no workee.  More and more exercise no workee.  I've cut my cholesterol, cut a full meal out of my daily diet by halving both my breakfast and dinner, cut my blood pressure, my resting heart rate is down from 60 to 45, I feel better, can run farther and faster, do more pushups, more situps, more everything, but haven't lost a single pound.
I don't eat dessert.  I eat lots of vegetables and mostly stick to lean cuts of meat.  I don't drown everything in mayo or other fats.  I don't eat too much salt.  I don't eat tons of bread or pasta.  I'm still adding to my workout routine though so I guess I'll see.
