V-speeds aren't used for WW2 aircraft because V-speeds weren't invented until much later. Even today you won't find any V-speed numbers for WW2 aircraft; FAA regs require flight maneuvers if the aircraft has published V-speeds. Unfortunately most WW2 aircraft can't perform them safely, especially transports and bombers. You can use the E6B to figure out the V-speeds for a given aircraft just by watching IAS while you're performing the test. Most manuals also have info about minimum single engine speed, stall speeds, and the like. Between the two it isn't too hard to figure out what they'd be.
