J2M3 and H8K2 would be great addition for AH2.
Especially the H8K2 is useful excellent flying-boat bomber.
I recommend it for the first flying-boat in AH world!!!

Well now if you want flying boats, it wouldnt require much.  the N1K1 Shiden was developed from one, the N1K Kyofu (Rex).

Heres a pic of one...........

Now THAT would be a cool addition.  :)  Wouldnt mind the Raiden either.

I'm behind Mitsu ALL THE WAY!

Even with the ki-84 in my opinion the Japanese planeset is still woefully lacking.

We need late war CV attack Aircraft.
A decent land based bomber. (Betty)
Mavis or Emily flying boats. (Both would be sweet!) Granted these should not have formation enabled. Being much more likely to be single scouts & patrol type planes.

And we are really seeing the lack of heavy Japanese attack aircraft.

I agree. We could use more Japanese aircraft. Even Mitsu had to resort to a Corsair to attack a Rook CV last night. I was up in a Ki-84 and raced to intercept him, but the auto ack nailed his F4U before I could get there. I got the proxy though! LOL

Seriously, I'd love to have the J2M3 added and one of the late-war carrier dive or torpedo bombers would be nice as well.

I don't know if anyone has noticed, but the Lavochkins are being well handled by the Ki-84. In the MA, the Hayate kills La-7s at an exchange rate of 1.1/1 with La-5s are taking a beating at 1.75/1.

Overall, the Ki-84 has a 1.34/1 K/D against the rest of the plane set. And remember, most of the guys flying the Hayate are doing so hamstrung by using Combat Trim, which greatly reduces high speed maneuverability. Trim the Hayate manually and it goes from just very capable to truly awesome.

In comparison, the La-7's K/D this tour is 1.28/1, which is about its average for any given tour. Although the La-5FN has a K/D of 1.11/1 in the MA, it's getting clobbered by the Ki-84. It simply lacks the speed that La-7 drivers have to escape. In a Co-E, Co-alt fight between the La-5 and Ki-84 (pilots being equal), the La-5 dies.

As more players learn how to maximize the Hayate's performance, I expect it to be one of the top non-perked dweeb rides before long. If some of you guys think the N1K2 is a UFO in the vertical, you'll be shocked at what the Ki-84 can do. In my opinion, it's superior to the N1K2 in every category except pure fire power.

In the CT (tour 33), the Ki-84 is the premier non-perked fighter, with only the C-Hog being able to match it in stats.

If HTC should add the J2M3 Raiden, I would expect this fighter to be very dangerous at high speeds, due to its laminar flow wing and high speed diving ability, combined with great climb rate, excellent handling and good, if not spectacular, turning ability. Oh, and add four 20mm cannon to that combination as well.

I don't know about others, but the addition of the Ki-84 has put some more fun back into the game for me. So, I hope HTC adds new planes on a regular basis, to keep things from becoming as stale as they were for the year before the last major update.

More japanese planes would be great, but in the mean time do not forget the KI67.  It is pretty much the only bomber I have flown this tour.  However the only time I have seen one is from a capped field with someone wanting to shoot it's 20mm top gun at vulchers.  It is a very fast and good climbing bomber.

The Ki-67 reminds me alot of the A-26 we had in AW.  It really is a good all around bomber.  It accelerates well, slows down fast, turns pretty good and has decent coverage from its gun turrets.  The only thing it lacks to make it more popular is forward-firing pilot controlled guns.
