And Nuke, I don't know how you can say you don't country bash. When I think of French bashing on this board, you are one of the people that spring to mind.
The thing is with many of the vocal Americans on this BBS, is that they'll spend four pages of a thread bashing the French, but the slightest criticism of the US makes them all twitchy; when anyone is even slightly anti-American, it might as well be the end of the world for all the wailing and gnashing of teeth. It's quite funny really. At the same time, I notice the more moderate, level headed Americans post less and less here (and I'm talking about the ones I generally disagree with in an amicable way). Maybe there is a trend there, maybe not.
