Come on Saurd.. you mean these don't make you feel all gushy...
I think it's great they've gone back to roots on this car with the oval/round headlights..

Despite the inroads made by the Japs (can I say that?) in auto technology, Porsche is still MY benchmark for what a sports car aught to be and look like.

Eh, the 997 is ok.  I dont think Porsche went far enough with it.

In person, however, it looks stunning - the pictures dont do it justice.

Now to see what the next generation Turbo can do.  ;)

The front is pretty awful. I'm not a fan of the new BMW designs.

But when alls said and done they are still cages that eat fuel, sit for hours in traffic going nowhere fast, and insulate the occupants from all the exiting stuff the world outside has to offer.

My choice will always be two wheels,  the performance of all but the most expensive cars, with a fraction of the running costs, no eating fuel going nowhere, and a full on experience of travel andwind in your face ( if your visor is open lol )

A car is for putting stuff in when you absolutely have to cart it with you, or when the weather is so bad that two wheels just won't get you anywhere. Other than that a car stays on the driveway and its the bike everytime.

Rant over lol

Bikes Rule.

Just be sure to check the "organ donor" box on the license form.

I already have that box checked. Life is only to be lived once.So live it to the full and quit fretting about what might happen.

Jees I've heard that one so many times. My bike is safe, its the myopic, mobile phone toting, undertrained pillocks in cars that are the main danger. Most of us get totalled by tin box drivers. In this country anyway. Over here the training to ride is more stringent than the driving test. We have to pass two tests. The car driving license is easy.

So I feel perfectly safe as long as every time I pull on my helmet I remember to treatall car drivers like idiots!
