New Terrain: New Guinea to Rabaul

kanttori,

I'm going to be needing a map of the Solomons and the Coral Sea, and I was looking at this map from bbosen and it appeared to cover the area I'll be needing.  Is the new map coming from the terrain team going to cover this area in a large enough scale, perhaps a minimum of 6 sectors wide?

All I need for New Guinea is the bird.  But I'll need a fairly large Coral Sea.  Is there a way I can see the "official" map you mentioned, to see if it fits my purpose?  Can you suggest someone to contact?

bbosen,

Keep going sir.  I like this map and I may be needing it if the CT map doesn't suit the need.   I'm not concerned about coastlines, or bases but I will need a specific set of ships.  And three countries.

Thanks to you both for your efforts. :aok

Hail everybody!

I'm out of town on a business trip (again), so I can't be very responsive. I've left my server running the New Guinea map as I last left it. I appreciate the support and suggestions, and I'll add to my maps from time to time as my schedule permits. In the meantime, please enjoy what I've got.

Regards,

-Peabody-

Gent's,

I've gone ahead and created a scenario specific map for my purposes.  Thanks for ideas.  I needed some custom ship elements, and really didn't want to deal with non-essential bases.
