I've seen different profiles and each have a different shade of greyish blue. I messed with the screenshot's saturation and contrast, so it looks a tad different ingame.

This profile is a tad darker:

Octavius dont look at color in books or internet
mostly they are wrong beucose of diferent printing-scaning procedures, not allways accurate

Use tables with colors for modelist of just your feeling

I didn't use the profile color, Ramsey. I read that these Kittyhawks were delivered and saw immediate combat, leaving only them in the original light blue color. Not sure if this is correct, but I went to two separate color palette sites and found the USAAC light blue (R9 G143 B152, Hex:598F98). Then I played with the saturation and made it a tad more grey.

i think you can use standard US Army colors in this skin, russians never bother to repaint planes till winter
