... to use the throttle section from a Saitek X45 alongside a CH Fighterstick and Pro Pedals?

I have used X45 throttle, saitek cyborg stick and ch pro peds before in AH

just have to move the X45 jstick out of the way and put the jstick axis to the othe jstick in the AH jstick setup/cal section

I think you can if you leave the throttle plugged into the joystick.
