It's still fun.

I'm sure ESPN will have the clip, T.O. flopping like a bad WWF flunky was hilarious. I watched it live and they didn't do it justice on replay. I'm just glad Charter Cable finally showed a real game. No 49er's or Gayders. Good times.

One of the best things I saw so far this year is the week after the T.O. controversy with the monday night skit. Im watching the NFL prime time show before the sunday night game and the announcers all just finish thier rant about how inappropriate it was and this and that. So then they cut to comercial, about the 4th comercial in there is a girl dressed in lingere on a bed with a guy and guess what the comercial is for, thats right "Desperate Houswives". I laughed so hard, I mean this comercial was worse than the skit, freaking idiots.

Today was one of the few days when i watched NFL because i dislocated toe on WEd and im not allowed to do anything so i sit and watch NFL.  Good Game between San Diego and Kansas City Chiefs.  I didn't want to watch New England Balitmore, to lop sided.

Althought the games on Thanksgiving lacked any excitement Peyton Manning (Ind. Colts) is a pleasure to watch.  He's probably going to break the TD Passing Record (In a Single Season) held by Marino.  Best QB to play the game.

I do think Manning is one of the best to ever play and he is doing some amazing things this year but the one thing you have to look at is who he has faced this year. Most of them have had HORRIBLE secondaries, but even still he is great to watch.

P.S.- I wouldnt call him the best to play the game because I dont think you can call anyone that. There have been too many changes to the game to be able to call one persont he best in all of history. He certainly is among the best. Bart Starr was an amazing QB but football didnt have the passing attack like it does today, Joe Nameth was also amazing as well as Marino and Montana they are some of the best. But todays football is so different in alot of ways. Thats why I always say that there are the group of best players and they include alot of guys.

CREAMO And your choice would be ............?

Peyton Manning is a destined Hall of Famer and deserves seat in the Top 5 and currently I put him at #1 - IMO.

Well  Enforcer, he certainly is way up there.

IMHO he needs to win a Super Bowl or two before consideration as the best.

Unitas.  Staubach.  Montana (even though I hate the 49er's).  Bradshaw.  Even QB's like Plunkett and Brady (and God, oh God do I hate the Pat's) rate above Manning.

Why?  Because they led their teams to Super Bowls (Note I said "led".  That way Dilfer doesn't count).

Manning is one of the best to ever play the position.  But he wont be one of the greatest until he leads them to a Super Bowl.  And it's not his fault his defense will keep that from happening.  It happened to his dad.  It happened to Marino.  And to players like Ted Williams, Sir Charles, Karl Malone, Tarkenton, and many others.  Sucks to be them.

What do players like Dr. J, Elway, Yzerman and Hakkem all have in common?  They made sure they will always be considered some of the greatest at their sports becuase they won the big one.  As it has always been, so it will always be.
