Eskimos are Yankees just like the rest of ya that live north of the Red River.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.

After 200 years of brutal oppression at the hands of Canada I'm surprised there's any Eskimos left. It is amusing, however, to see the same racial slurs and derrogatory stories released by the Canadian Government repeated here. "Whale Killers?" "Blubber Eaters?" Eskimos are Vegiterians.

Instead of insulting these proud, but peaceful Vegan Eskimos we should be arming them and helping them throw off the yoke of Canadian oppression.

The Kurds have nothing on the Eskimos.

Now, I bet modern people would probably be outraged by this long-dead practice, but secretly, I think most of them wish it was legal for them to do the same.

Hell I know a few non elderly family members that arent invalids I'd like to do that to

I've seen more waterflow from a leaky faucet than I have in some of your Texas "rivers." Like your telephone "poles" your "rivers" are a gross exaggeration.

North of I-10 you are a Yankee, North of the Red River, you are a Cod-Damned Yankee, and North of the border, you are a no-good Liberal Eskimoo.

Airhead, you ever heard of the Red River Logjam?

Given the Texas penchant for exaggeration I imagine the Red River Logjam was nothing more than a chunk of mesquite that caused your "river" to back up 20 feet or so. Am I close?

Sorry i'm bagging on Texas, Lizking. I just saw the telephone poles and made assumptions. I'll do a Google for the Red River Logjam, but- I warn you- if this is some sort of a sick perverted link to a nasty website I will not be happy. It better be death and destruction, Bub.

Inuit are a people who live near the Arctic. Their homeland stretches from the northeastern tip of Russia across Alaska and northern Canada to parts of Greenland. Inuit refers to the people formerly called Eskimos. The term Eskimo comes from a Native American word that may have meant 'eater of raw meat'. They prefer the name Inuit, which means 'the people' or 'real people' and comes from a language called Inuit-Inupiaq. The singular of Inuit is Inuk, which means 'person'.

Exactly- the title Eskimo was promoted by the Canadian Government because it meant "eaters of raw meat." As Vegans they prefered the title Inuit because it means "real people who eat artic rabbit berries for survival."
