Might help if you say in which country you want the web host, also what kind of page you want to host and what access to the site you want to have.

Do you need jsp,php,mysql,asp?

How much webspace do you need?

How fast does the connection have to be?

Do you want any help from the provider setting up the site, do you accept banners/ pop ups or do you wan your own server blade?

Do you need a volume limited transfer, or rather unlimited.

Find out the anwsers to the questions then compare the price of the diffrent providers for that.
