Looks good to me. While not historically accurate to have the P-40B there, it is (in my opinion) a better substitute for the "Iron Dog" than the -E model P-40. The 37-mm cannon in the P-39 was pretty well useless air to air; take that away, and you have essentially the same firepower as a P-40B. The P-40B was more nimble than the P-39, but had similar climb rates and dive speed. Plus, this set up recreates the desparate feel of the Guadelcanal campaign, where the Japanese still had the upper hand in the air. Adding the F4F to Henderson is probably not a bad idea, though. As for the carrier attack planes, the TBM was not in service yet and most of the Devastators were lost at Midway (or retired to training duties). Plus, it would give too great a ground-attack advantage to the US. As it is, the SBD carries a bigger bomb load than it's IJN counterpart, the Val. The Kate and Val could be added to the Japanese CV without major effect on balance, but that's Memnon's call.
