I dont find it this too humorous sorry. Considering the number of women in the world that have/and had cancer, or those who lost a friend or family member.

My mom died of breast cancer when I was in college. I'm not exactly the poster boy of morality or whatever, but that didn't even occur to me when I saw the pic. All I was thinking was how I could replicate this for next Halloween. Or hell, the upcoming company Christmas party.

My mother had breast cancer in summer of 1996

At least after the sugery, she's doing a-okay, but still she's not feeling too well right now.

Chill out a bit buddy.

My Grandmother died of breast cancer. My mother and my wife are cancer survivors.

With my experiances I at first started to be a bit offended then I realized that cancer isn't necessarily a death sentence. More and more women, and men, are surviving it. One of the best ways to get through it is to maintain a sense of humor. In this case I figured there was no intent to demean, just a bit of humor. Laughter is the best way to get past a bad situation like cancer. Just because you have been touched by it doesn't mean you have to let it rule your life. Laugh at it as was the intention of the guy in the photo.

My mom has cancer but still.. In many cases I think those that has felt these kinds of things up close are more relaxed about it. Even my mom makes jokes about her condition but some of her friends gets really serious and sad and sees no humor in anything.

I've had cancer (hodgkins), My Grandmother, and one of my sister in laws both had breast cancer.

I think it humorous, My sister in law finds my joke humorous, And my grandmother who eventually died of old age at 88 would have found both jokes humorous

In addition I have an uncle who died of cancer, and and my brother in laws mother died of cancer.

knowing them as I did I feel confident speaking for them in saying they too would have found these humorous.

What your doing is trying to be PC.
The problem with political correctness is a great deal of the time we are supposed to try to not offend people who probably wouldnt be offended to begin with.
What we end up doing is giving a bunch of thin skinned crybabies an excuse to cry about something.

In this case and speaking from my own experiance, I found that keeping a sence of humour about it is part of what gets you through
