Well as long as you keep talking about elections you may forget the fall of the dollar combined with huge and still climbing government debts :)

Side Bar:

I wish I could take credit for some of Cavy's comments but I can't cause its not me. He's even a little too rough for me once in awhile, ironic because I'm usually telling him to put his game face on at work, but I'd take a bullet for him any day of the week. If you don't believe me you can EMail me and I'll provide further proof. In fact how much do you want to bet - loser changes his avatar for X number days? Or you can make it a gentleman's bet if you want.

Not point of the thread but a good arguement for another.  Point is its a shame that the Democratic Party can't say - o.k. - we lost - lets look at our strategy - what did we do wrong - and lets regroup and come back fighting even harder in 2008.  I'd tip my hat to them if thats the way it was.  Instead its "WHAT! - We couldn't have lost - I don't understand how - Michael Moore's movie was out there - We spent millions on commercials - It's impossible - I don't believe it - It's a conspiracy" - blah blah blah etc ............................ and to top it all off Post Election Stress Trauma.  Whats next - Liberals are going to sue the Goverment or the GOP because they have PEST?

Still having your "Elky"?
Think it this way; if you will sell it to the Finland now you'd get maybe 10-13k, maybe 15k €.
15000€ was less than 15k$ couple years ago; now you would get almost 20k$ worth of Euros from it :)

There's several companies ferrying classic cars from US to the Finland, now would be good time to get rid of your old muscle cars by selling them to Europe to the car collectors and enthusiastics :)

Ok... saying I wanted to sell my car for 15k and then build another one for 20k.... why would I want to have a bunch of "euros"?    I haven't seen any "euros" over here and the grocery store doesn't want em.

In the meantime.... I will fill up with $2 a gallon gas and do 50 foot smoky burnouts for chuckles until the ice age comes down this far.   Guess then I will know what it is like to live with icebears and frozen pizza.

There are a lot of 60's survivalists who grew old and died waiting for the apocolypse...  No real percentage in that.    Lot of guys in the 70's gave away perfectly good muscle cars now... you can allmost build one from brand new parts.   Chevy sells 800hp crate motors.

life is good.

$1.62 a gallon this morning in the Springs, my financing went through on my condo at a certain ski area, Kerry Campaign still whining, and Hawker238 hates me!

Yes, life is good.
I regret doing business with TD Computer Systems.
