Noticed that the "on the deck" bombers have come back.

There is no death penalty, they take no real pride in what they do.

Its just the quickest easiest means to an end.

In the past... that behavior usually means that a lot of the older players have been replaced by new guys and/or that the "strat" faction has gained some advantage over the "furball" faction in gameplay.

I would imagine it is the same now.
