The engine and wind sounds were taken from actual recordings of a passing 109. I once did this sound pack using original recordings from WWII. Those old WWII recordings were scratchy and was really lacking on the bass. This new and improved sound pack was made from a recording found at this website:

Also in this pack are beefier cannon sounds and a nice sounding stall horn.
Not yet finished are the hydrolic gear and the hand operated flaps.
