Maybe it might be a good idea to consider that for a bit and remove such images from the posting. [/B]

Maybe how you (and others) propose forgetting how their lives were lost might be something worth looking at...  otherwise, till Skuzzy says otherwise, they stay.

You can find Army manuals that show you how to conduct counter-insurgency operations, make booby-traps, on how to conduct squad and platoon sized field operations.  Basically, almost every army field training manual is available at most government surplus stores or on the Intardnet.  You can even find instructions on how to make a nuclear bomb, so what's the big deal about getting the flight manual for a plane?

And Bodhi, your assertion that this will lead to more terrorist attacks is utter nonsense and just shows what a knee-jerk reactionary you are.

When I was about 14 I was a US Airforce aircraft freak....knew almost any stat of any current US plane in detail.

I met a Luke AFB F-15 pilot and asked him how he felt about the F-15's engines being limited/governed in power. He didn't even know that, and asked me later how I knew that. He was VERY surprised that I would know this.

It was all public knowledge that I gained due to my modeling hobby.

A few comments..

Yes, this could be intersting and prolly needs looking into. Lets not forget 911 was done rather simply and most of the prep was prolly legal and a lot of it was relatively open.

The people who dismiss this as nothing are wrong.

The people who might say lookiging into this is a vilation of 1st amemendemen rights are missing the point.

Bodhi should take the pics down...

What is even more disturbing, is the fact that flight simulator programs are still sold freely. A first step in removing this threat should be a banning of the complex ad-on aircrafts for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Why would anyone but a terrorist need these programs?

We all need to make sacrifices in the war on terror. :)

I seem to remember shortly after 9/11/2001 there was talk of making flight simulators illegal, because they allowed terrorists to train on them.

Is it that time to just make everything illegal that a terrorist can get their hands on? Do not step out of line and bring attention to yourself, we are watching you.
