Reset criteria?

I was flying with a group on RW last night, around the time of the reset.  And a lot of us had no idea what the actual criteria are.

Could someone in the know please post them?  I know CV's count as a base.  What number of bases determines the reset?  Do you have to have HQ at 0%?  What happens if the two teams left are tied in bases when the reset occurs?  Say, 28-27, and the side with 27 takes the last base required to get the reset?

Also, on a side note, I'm having some problems with downloaded films.  Some of them, when I try to open them in AH Offline, crash the game to the desktop.  Any clues?

This is an easy one; take over every field one country has. If you capture every field in one country you get a reset. As for the film problem, it's either your system or you are trying to view films taken from a different version than 1.06.

Also you need same terrain in your terrain folder where film was filmed.

Bases = (air bases + vehicle bases + cv's + ports)

If CountryX (#bases) < 2 then Country(most Bases) = win

Thanks.  That's what I thought.  As for the films, they were taken in the TA, all of them.  Same version of the game, same patch.  Still, some work, some make the game CTD.

I'll get it figgered out.

Degas, if these are my training films, not all are taken in the TA.  Some are the Norway terrain, so you'd have to load the Norway terrain first.
