7Sins had nothing to do with the story of his absence from AH. That story was given from another source. Voss made up his own news and warrants the soap opera BS.

Let's just leave this as 7Sins is back and nothing more needs to be said.

Huh?   I didn't turn this into a goof, mockery or  sham.

Faking ones death (or allowing the falsehood to propogate) and then "returning" like Lazerus from the grave or the long lost prodigal son?  

Yeah.  Let's not turn this into something it's not.




(p.s. I'm curious if anyone fell for this hoax and gave Rude money to help the "bereaved family")

I honestly couldn't care less about the whole subject matter.

I will add though that there's almost no place on earth where you can just dissappear without internet access. Don't tell me aliens nabbed him...

You have 3 pages of faux condolences and at least one post asking for money to aid the family of a 'fallen comrade'.

So yeah, let us not mock the suckers. That's far more important then say, faking a death...

But you are right we shouldn't make something out of nothing...:rolleyes:

I'm not sure if you guys know what Rude does for a living... but he wouldn't be collecting money for himself.

If he asked for money, it was to give to the family as was stated.

I dont think anyone thinks that about Rude. Its the fact to raise money for a dead guys bereaved family. When deadguy is in fact not dead.

I don't think anyone was implying that Rude was suggesting donating money for the guys family so he could keep it. I know I wasn't.

But I think I would have checked the dudes local paper for an obituary or an account of the accident, or contacted the family first.

I know if someone contacted my family offering condolences over my death they would at least let me know...

But I am am getting more into this episode then I care to.

Westy would reply that he did not think Rude was scamming anyone but that the actions of one or more idjits was over the line and warrants an explination in his opinion.

But unfortunately he was killed in a feak accident by a Poptart and an out of control toaster oven this afternoon.

This is his, er, a fellow coworker.  Yeah that's it. I worked with Westy.

We'll all miss him dearly. And right now the situation is ugly as they are still trying to scrape his remains off the break room floor. Sadly a shortage of spatula's and putty knives strong enough to pry flesh from tile is hampering recovery efforts.

Anyone who wishes to pass along an email or money or whatever may be needed to offer support for his family let me know by posting here.

Would a Paypal account with which to donate to his bereaved and mourning family (and friends) be convenient??


OMG   I'm gonna have a cry again.............


(sobbing and wailing sounds...)

Comeon guys...give it a rest. As we don't know the details I am not going to assume it was a scam...or intentional misleading. Knowing 7Sins from AW and having flowns rooks with him over the yrs I can tell you I don't think he is a person that would mislead.

Before you jump the guns, it's best to know all the facts about what happened to him and what's going on now. Until then, because of who 7Sins is I will respect him enough to not jump to silly conclusions.

And no, I don't know what happened to him either, but I am kinda curious.

So... was there any money donated..and if so, where in fact did it go?

I'm not against any of the mustangs here, as I know them and they are good guys, but this is one of the only communities I've seen that mourns over the passing of one of its players.  In fact, we see it on the boards quite often, I'd hate to see that stop because some folks have thoughts of a conspiracy on the brain...

I guess what I'm saying is, he doesn't HAVE to give us an excuse if he doesn't want to, but the fact that he came back under the same name after presumeably knowing that the community thought he was deceased would warrant an explanation, to the very least the people who posted close to 150 times expressing their regret on his "passing".  

In the end, its up to him, but considering the company he resides in, I'm sure there is a good expanation abound.
