Can one of yall resize this to 64 by 64 pixels or 30,000 bytes please(whichever looks better) ?

OK, got a new one, got sick of looking at arafat.

I have it down to size. 64x64 pixels. I used gifworks. Ive figured out how to seperate the indivual pictures (its a animation) How do I delete them so I can keep the quality on the higher end ?

<----- Its that one. But I want to delete some frames so it looks alot better like the origanal.
