I think a lot of people get pissed off when they die, because they equate it with "losing".  I know I usually get a little peeved if I have a bad night.

So whats the easiest way not to die?  Fly a fast plane, and run if the odds aren't in your favor.  You could also learn to fight, but even then you'll still die a lot, depending on what plane you fly.

I have asked Shane to go to the DA several times now. He has yet to accept. :(

I've asked Levi also, he hasnt accepted either. Maybe they are both skeered? :p

that's the way i learnt the game, learned it basically in hurri for defence, la7 for offence.

I wouldnt mind being 'schooled' in the DA, but then again, it isnt what this game is about to me. Besides 99.9 times out of 100 I'm not going to encounter the same plane, at the same altitude, with the same ammo/fuel load. If I ever do (I have yet to), then it more likely comes down to speed at initial turn, avoiding the HO/snapshot and the biggest variable, who's pilot's stick is set up/dampered the best ;)

yeah i guess it's hard to find when you're at 20k and surrounded by a bunch of like-minded monkeys.  thank god you can always dive out if need be to the friendly acks 3 miles away.

no one claims the DA is only about same-same-same... i've flown mismatched planes and alts...
