Screenshots

I have been flying in Sled's B17 and trying to take pics. When I use alt-s most of the time I get a black screen pic. I've also tried Hypersnap... when I hit print screen I see the momentary screen freeze associated with a pic being taken. When I look in the folder assigned for the pics there is nothing. Any ideas on either method? I missed some good pics .

I use alt+s to take my screenshots, but I gotta open them in windows paint then take a screen shot of the screenshot and paste it into lviewpro to change the format to jpg or gif or whatever.  I haven't been able to get lveiwpro or adobe ps5 to open the ah bmp's

the problem isn't in opening them... it's why are they showing up all black. I had this problem with RB3D. It was a desktop resolution issue.
