Same stupid copyright stuff hit RC plane market..

There was a thread in which people discussed about AMI planes unavailable in future for WW2 sims, like Pacific fighters..

Now this same poop has hit RC plane manufacturers, even in USA...

Way to go there....

Looking for inspiration, I have recently been brousing through Ack-Acks 38 films, and was in a position to complete my sticky tissue and cigarette butt model of this awesome plane.

Fear of prosecution however, has only intensified my productive output to the point that the diorama now has the potential to accomodate an entire defensive "Big Wing" used later on in WWII by the British.

My lawers are in negotiation......

I'll regret this in the morrow.... bloody mulled wine

Outraged.

How dare you class your rubbish Saturday posts in the same league as my eloquent confession.

I demand you drink more!

Pst. Copyright is not a trademark and vice-versa.
This issue is all about the *TRADEMARKS*

Copyright protects the material you've created.
Trademark protects things like product names, marketing titles...,  but doesn't apply to material.

Simply put: you can create a P-38 look alike plane under a different name free of charge.

Funniest thing is that Lockheed-Martin actually owns trademarks on things it has about nothing to do with.
