For AH coders...

Are you reading the key by scancode or are you using the current keyboard mapping ?

Because in french mapping for typing "["
you just have to simply   type "ALT gr + 5"
not the 5 on numpad (to simple for us  )
(the ALT gr is the right ALT)
 
I'm at work so I cannot verify but I will try  ...

You refer to the bracket keys [ ] and the zoom function in AH (it's the same problem on german keyboards)?

Just map zoom to another key (ESC > Setup > Key mapping), I have set my zoom keys to numpad + and - keys.
