Just bout the first season of this excellent series... 1958.. black and white. No hitech special effects no expensive sets. Lot of mistakes and errors about the west but..
This is what some of us grew up on when we weren't out playing till dark. It is a 25 minute morality play in every episode of this six disc set and it is facinating.
The characters are very good... the bad guys are multifaceted and hard as nails and Palidin is the strangest hero ever... Lives in the Carlton Hotel in san francisco with a season box at the opera and hangs with the elite... then he ups and straps on a sixgun and his bhlack outfit whenever a cable comes asking for his help.
He doesn't even allways end up on the side of the people who hired him.
Very fun series to watch.
