First off, there is the whole Canadian thing. We all know those snow-munchers are nothing but trouble.

Secondly, he refuses to defend a position. It is simple to be an observer, but it requires conviction to take a stand.

Thirdly, when presented with facts refuting your position, it is not good debating tactics to just ignore them.

Also, Nash is a known abuser of shelving; I have seen the photos and it ain't pretty.

As it is my belief that the prosecutor in this case has imbibed perhaps one too many this evening.... and as it is apparent that his case is utterly incoherent; accompanied by no factual support whatsoever...

I'm going to have to ask the court to dismiss this case, while at the same time throwing stuff at Lizking for wasting the court's time and the taxpayer's money.
