Have whiplash in my neck, anyone know anything you can do to help relive this?  or just gotta sit it out?

Nah football injury.  Jumped up for the ball, got a nudge while at the top of the jump and fell completely flat on my back.  Back is fine, the left side and back of my neck hurts pretty bad though.  Dont think i have it half as bad as someone who has been in a car accident though.  Think ill give it a few days and see how it is  before going to a chyropracter.  Thanks though.

get a lawyer and sue someone. Whiplashes don't simply happen, someone has to be responsible for this.

Sport hurts, i expect to get injured.  Its not that bad anyway, expect it to go in a few days, just a few days too long as far as i am concerned, wanted to hurry the process!!

I might go do a porkwho.. i mean Hawklore and take a picture of my neck and say how i am going to die because of it.

sooner is better than later on the chiropractor.  it'll take less to put everything back in the right place if it's done before things settle into their new positions.

plus they can make sure you're not ignoring something more serious than a strain.  my wifes neck injury was little more than an annoyance the day it happened, and she ended up with fused vertebrae to deal with her ruptured disk.

Heh, you realize how much like Hawklore you are in this thread, don't you Furball? ;)

No offense to either party, of course.
