Mic not working

I can hear everything fine, but no one can hear me speak on vox, only the beep.

I just installed a Sound Blaster Audigy 2.  I plugged my mic into the proper jack.

I have all the boxes checked on the voice setup window (as previously).

System diagnostics reports all ok.

I must be missing some settings.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't even say what I did for sure.

I went out and tested the mic by recording my voice.  It played back fine.  Went back to the arena and vox worked.

Might have been a map glitch.
