I saw Mikey on the Tonight Show a few nights ago, and he didn't behave at all the way I thought he would. He was very self-depricating, very humble in his demeanor. I kept expecting him to get on a soap box, but he didn't. He was a very pleasant guest, and even interesting. Completely at odds with the filth he was spewing when he was pushing his movie.
So, yeah, I think he's on a PR campaign to re-invent himself. In other words: I still don't trust him as far as I can throw him. I'll hold that opinion until I hear him apologize for some of his earlier behavior and "hate" speech.
I'm all for freedom of expression and freedom of speech, but with those freedoms come no small amount of responsibility.
