ok guys  things are a little tight for me and i am looking for softwear for my cd writer so i can burn data and music cds.
  my pc went  gar gar and  as i didnt have all the softwear disc i cant uses my cd writer.
  any one know of a good one  with mabey  a free trial period  so i can try it?

I've tried a few, and I like Nero the best.  It might have a free limited-time trial, but it isn't free.

Will Nero let you do multisession CD?  My CD came with a program called InCD for that.  You insert a CDRW and it automatically recognizes it as a storage device.  You may be looking for two programs.

Yep, Nero does multisession CD's and DVD's.  It also (if you get the full suite of stuff) comes with a backup program that is very handy for doing full, differential, and incremental backups of the contents of your harddisk onto, for example, DVD+R.
