0-100 back down to 0 in 10 seconds
0-60 in 2.7 seconds.

You buy the rolling chassis from  http://www.ultimasports.co.uk

And then stuff in any V-8 you want LOL you talk about an 9.0 on the butt pucker scale.

Yeah but here's the thing.
The dealer I used to work for just sold the Ford GT for 245K
Sticker was 145K

You can build these things for 100K and kick the snot our of the GT's.

hell if you buy the body kit seperatly and know how to fabricate you can build it from the frame up for about $15K.....probably a few grand more for a better engine.

Once had a friend that had a Lamborghini that he built from a kit. Corvette engine, porshe drivetrain.. he probably had 80K into it without factoring the value of his labor. Anyway.. it had real Lambo seats. Frigging uncomfortable as hell. I couldn't imagine being cooped up in that car for any amount of time.

They come with 5 point seat belts.
Although I dint see the need  being that the suction from the pucker factor should restrain you just fine.

Friend told me that he had to work on the aero for the car... at 160 mph, it started to leave the ground.

I remember reading that somewhere to.
At those speeds thay have to pay as much attention to the bottom of the car as to the body.

That has about as much in common with a real street car (you know, the kind someone actually uses as a daily driver) as my Buick has with an F1 racecar.

Ultima GTR's are one of the best bang for the buck sportscars on the planet. There's a few catches though... you can get the low end version, and build one for under 15k, but you're using parts from a Ford Grenada. The high end version starts jumping in price pretty heavily.

Oh, and the windows don't roll down. At all.

Other than that, they're awesome cars... but not the fastest on the planet.

Here's the fastest on the planet:

Bugatti Veyron, 1001hp quad turbo W-16

1)  It's not actually in production.
2)  Bugatti havn't yet gotton the brakes working well yet, so yeah it'll reach something stupid like 250mph but it won't stop without setting fire to the front wheels.
