Oh, man, I can remember my first flights in the arena, how could it be SOOOOOOOOO difficult !!! I would take off (after dying 500times in the Take off itself...) Then, fly for 30 minutes without seeing a THING, then get shot down by a guy I never saw...
Then, I started asking questions on how to die less and Kill more (I like to have my revenge, you see...). And if you look at this BB carefully, you will see that I have been Maiming the poor buggers with my non ending questions (
)...
It's like school, If you don't ask when you don't know, you will remain stupid...(Now, let's not go on with genetics please...).
There are lots of poeple who have helped me a great deal (by answering to my posts AND in the sim itself...) So, I have just two words to tell you:
Read the Training BB questions and answer
Read all the pages you can that were written by some AW (Air Warior) Guru (there's a guy called Worr and another one called Fletcher or something like that, I don't remember his name right now...I will post the URL's tomorrow...)
I printed those "Q&A's" as well as Fletcher's essay (
) and read them all untill my eyes hurt
AND IT HELPED...A LOT !!!
If you go in this sim just yanking your stick around, you will soon be dismayed, Lots of guys in there are realy good pilots and will put your nose in the dust (They still do it with me )...you will not "win" in 2 days, but if this is not the BEST COMBAT SIM i have flown...damn me....
GO THROUGH IT, IT IS WORTH !!!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the poeple who have helped me to learn on how to fly this sim, JenG, Lephturn, Leonid...I can't name you all, but THANK YOU FOR HAVING DONE TO THIS SIM WHAT IT MEANS TO ME TODAY ! (sigh, I am getting emotional now....)
