Joystick Trouble (Yet another...)

I've something I cannot understand...

When I move my stick 25% left (ie : for a roll)
the control surfaces of the plane should move 25% too ?
Except if my speed is so hight that my Virtual pilot cannot move the because of compression ... ok ?

But in AH if I move my stick 25% the result is about 50% deflection of the control surface   but the worst is that the total motion of my stick is something like - 2 and +2 centimeters and the usable area is just 1 centimeter (+/- 5 millimeter)

I've played with the stick setup in : AH,control panel ,ctfjv320 and now I'm lost I don't now what to do !

Please help me !

Don't use the control surface deflection as a judge for you joy stick setup. Test with the joystick setup window and watch the cross hair movement.
Anyway make sure you first calibrate in windows and that the stick setting you are trying to use is on windows controler id #1.

2nd calibrate in AH.

Now move your joystick and watch the cross hair in the joystick setup window. Is it then doing what you would expect it to?
