The Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy Movie!

Sounds pretty good! I read the book and it is one of my favorites, very comical. This is one movie that I will really be looking forward to.

The Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy

See'ing this commercial in the movie theatres is more thrilling than it lookes on the website trailer. Huge screen and the loud surround sound surprised a few folks in the theatre. Everyone had a little chuckle afterwards though.

Any other good movies comming out that anyone knows of? :)

Yah was a little dissapointed with the site, concept are wasn't much of anything either. At least it's in the works. It could turn out to be a really good, or extremely bad.

Ohh man, is it bad enough that I should not go and rent it? Now you've got me a little curious.

well, you can look at it one of a few ways.

a.  you might be really into bad b or cult movies.  i suppose that it might have about the same production value as say...attack of the killer tomatoes"

old toaster effects  etc....

b.  it will allay any fear of the new version being worse.

c.  you could try to avoid it, pretending that i never mentioned it and going on with your life as if it never was.

hmmmm.

here is zaphod from the first try.

im guessing they can do better now.

.... I'll pass, thinks for fizzling my curiosity. That acted as a nice damper. You're right though, how could it be worse. :aok

i loved the first 2 books.
3rd and 4th got way too wierd and had a horrible story line.
although i still liked them they didnt match the first 2.

i when i saw the trailer in the movie theatre, the one when all you get is earth exploding and then "dont panic" and 42 in the background i burst in too uncontrolable laugh, all my friends (who never heard of the books) looked at me like im an alien or something, i kept telling yelling at them "42!!! 42!!!! "
 lol

that was probably the best trailer i have  ever seen :)

Agreed, only my friend and I had read the book, and we were with a group of 6 friends. We started yelling/laughing "Ohh this is gonna be good!". We were stared at. I only heard a few others in the theatre chuckling as well. Ohh what the others have missed. :D
