Whats the name of the file that tells how large your map is? You know if its 64,128,256 or 512 that one?

xxxx.MDM  open it with notepad.  Interesting note, you can make it 32 or 16 miles if you want to.

Oh, really? Just change the number in notepad?
21 is only half the truth.

Hey Z, is there a way to alter the editor program to suite the clipboard map, because the smallest size is 64, no selection for 32 or 16?

It will do it automatically, in fact thats's really the only thing it does as all maps are really 512 x 512, it's only the clipboard map size that changes.

Z there is no setting lower for clipboard map then 64, thats what I'm refering to, I ran a test on it hoping the land mass would appear closer but it doesn't, anything you can think of to correct this like maybe croping and or enlarging map?

Did you save the .mdm file after you edited it?

I figured it out, I was making the mistake of still choosing 64 because its the smallest size which changes the MDM.file back to 64, when all I needed to do was hit the make map feature, thanks again Z. :aok
