Right on!

I take the responsability of owning a large dog the same way I do owning a gun.

If the dog hurts someone Ii is not the dogs fault it is MY fault and I shoulf pay the price.

Just as I would or should if I used a gun to hurt someone.

After research I have to agree with some that Rotties are not bred to attack and I had a kneejerk reaction to that vid....I'll still give them their space.

However, I stand by my opinion that the local judge needs to slap the owner hard with some punishment.

I also believe any dog mistreated can be aggressive and that dog is a tad too aggressive. If you own an animal it should be treated with respect, otherwise you don't deserve that friend.
