I got a Sound Blaster Audigy ES card and the in game sounds are awsome. Except for vox. I cand send and recieve both ways that is not the problem.
First of all The channel beeps are blowing me out. So I disabled them for now. But I would prefer to have them on.
Second and most important is that when someone talks to me they sound like a robot. And it is horrible. almost like they are talking with a trachiomty vocal machine. It even took out Fredtex's slow southern draw. LOL
I can still understand what people are saying for the most part but I don't recognize any of these robots. It also seems to stutter when their talking but it doesn't skip any of the words.
I made sure I have the latest drivers for all of it as of tonight. And I made sure to disable the onboard sound in the bios.
So I need some serious help please.
