HiTech a question for you

Have you tried making bldgs harder, but stay down 30 minutes instead of what they are now. It seems to me folks would tend to mass for an attack to kill things rather than piecemeal it, and give time for more planning, missions , etc.

Also, it would be nice if bombs disable flight ops for awhile but didnt kill the CV, and torps were required to actually sink it. That would give torpedo planes a real use, rather than 1 flight of buffs, or a series of kamikaze p47s wasting it.

I agree,  CV's need to be hardened.

I finished off a CV once with the tail gunner of my TBM :O

This is not realistic whatsoever but I really think it would make things much better.  Both in terms of getting more use out of a widely unused function (torpedos) and in terms of reducing suicide attacks against cvs.

There'd probably be a severe reaction on the BBS, but while from a realistic perspective the whine's may have merit, from a gameplay/fun perspective they wouldn't really be saying much as fighters/bombers taking off from the CV could still be ended.  Besides, it can't get as bad as the ENY rants :D

Please think it over, HiTech :)
