"V" on the 190F-8
« on: January 12, 2005, 01:20:43 AM »
I'm working on a 190F-8 skin and found something wierd. In the game theres a object that looks like a  "V" on the left outer wing, but in the folder for the 190F8 i cant find any file to block it out. Here are some pics of what I'm talking about does anyone know how to get rid of this?

On a few areas of a small number of planes, the color is built right into the texture map and are untouchable by the skinner.  The antiglare panels of the P-38 and P-47D40 are like this.

Maybe that 190F wing is the same way.

What Oboe said... the V is painted on at the polygon level on the model itself.
